Nutrisystem Week 6 Update

It's that time again, for my weekly weight loss update. I love doing this now. It is so much fun to see the results of my effort.

The best part is, thanks to Nutrisystem, that is does not even actually take much effort. I just eat and loose weight. It's wonderful.

I get to eat 4 times a day with Nutrisystem foods, plus I get to add in my own Power Fuel, Smart Carbs and  unlimited Veggies.

Look at all the great meals I get to eat in one day.

Breakfast - Apple Strudel Scone:

I also get to add a power fuel to this, so I had a Coffee Protein Shake.

Lunch - Steak & Cheese Melt:

One thing that I really miss about fatty food is Steak & Cheese. I used to eat them at least once a week. I figured that this would not be very good since it is so much heather than what I am used to. It is actually really yummy. I also had a nice green bell pepper with this.

Dinner - Ravioli Formaggio:

This is so good. There is lots of yummy filling. I expected them to be half empty but they are stuffed.

I had veggies with this meal too, carrots and broccoli.

Dessert - Cheesecake Flavored Bar:

This is AMAZING! I love this bar. Anything creamy is a winner, and this is so delicious.

All this and I can still lose weight. It's almost like magic. This week I have lost...DRUMROLL PLEASE...

3.2 Pounds and 1 1/4 inches!!


I love seeing the numbers so down, and fitting back into my old pre-baby clothes is amazing.
