Bugs 3D Augmented Reality Storybook Review and GIVEAWAY!!

Books are one of the most meaningful tools we as humans have at our disposal. It is especially important for children as their minds are still being shaped, and they should intake as much knowledge as possible.

Reading also inspires the use of imagination and fosters creativity, as well as provides safe, calm entertainment that is not corrupted by ads and such.

Unfortunately, nowadays, reading is almost being phased out by TV, Video Games, Internet, etc. It is a travesty, but that's the way it is.

Of course, reading is still fairly common, for now, but every day it will get pushed further and further into the background just as 8 tracks, records, cassettes, etc have.

So how can we as parents ensure that our children have a love of reading? Of course it starts with reading books to them from the time they are born. Raising kids with books as part of their daily lives, will help them see how important and fun reading is.

Unfortunately, children are also influenced by their peers, and if all the other kids are technology junkies, then they might think they are missing something. If they do feel that way, they may begin to resent reading.

There has to be something that combines the best of both worlds. Ebooks are fine, but they really are not books, they are text on a screen, that is not the same. How about a 3D Augmented Reality Book?

He calls them "Surprise pictures". He likes to read the book without the app too which is awesome. He even reads the majority of it on his own, and like to read it even when it is not book time. I love that he is so interested in this.
