Total serving size = 5 cups. <br /><br />Thus eating just one bag of "empty" fluff devoid of any vitamins or minerals = 700 WHOPPING CALORIES.<br /><br />Total fat per serving = 9%. 9 x 5 cups = 45% FAT in ONE bag!!!<br /><br />So, essentially, this bag of popcorn, touted by the company as "healthier" will add SIGNIFICANT EMPTY CALORIES to ones body.<br /><br />These companies should stop getting away with literal "murder" by lying to the public about the REAL caloric content of their products.
