Live Smart Flax Bars Review and GIVEAWAY!

As you all know, I have started eating more healthy. But eating healthy can often get boring as you have limited options. That is why I always love finding a healthy product that also tastes good.

I recently discovered Live Smart Flax Bars, and they are wonderful.

I had the pleasure of trying both flavors.

Original:

This yummy bar has: Ground flax seeds, oats, raw sunflower seeds, raw sesame seeds, dates, coconut, raisins, raw walnuts, raw almonds, dried apricots, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, cranberry juice, natural evaporated cane juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, olive oil, lemon juice, vanilla, green tea, cinnamon & sea salt.

Doesn't that sound delicious? Well, it is. These bars are so yummy. They are all natural and contain only 195 calories for each big bar. They are super filling and so nutritious. They provide energy your body needs naturally. The perfect pick me up snack, or even meal replacement.

Chocolate:

This chocolatey delight contains: Ground flax seeds, raw sunflower seeds, raw sesame seeds, dates, coconut, raisins, raw walnuts, raw almonds, dark cocoa, dried apricots, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, cranberry juice, natural evaporated cane juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, olive oil, lemon juice, vanilla, green tea, cinnamon & sea salt.

This is a perfect substitute if you like chocolate granola bars and such, or even to replace a candy bar. Obviously it's not the same, but it is really good and WAY better for you.


I love these bars. My husband loves them too. He takes them to work. Since he drives a truck, he never stops to eat an actual meal, and he needs something that will fill him up and keep him going until he gets home. He said these Flax bars are perfect.

He has tried all kinds of other bars, and has really likes some, but says these are the most filling for the amount of calories and fat. And that they taste great.

He works on a Recycling truck, and has a partner every day(sometimes different ones), and everyone always wants them. And as slow as they usually are, I'll probably start sending him an extra one in hopes that the awesome natural energy would help get them on the ball.
