About the founder: Ron Beckenfeld has always had a passion for fitness and gravitated toward health - and therefore vitamins - even at an early age. He sold vitamins out of the trunk of his car all the way back in 1964 and started his first company in 1969, fulfilling a life-long passion to establish a supplement company that cares about health. When his father developed Parkinson's, he had trouble taking large vitamins and thought it would be helpful if vitamins could come in small tablets, like the nitroglycerin used to treat his coexisting heart condition. And in 1989, the Superior Source Microlingual company was born. 50+ years of passion and dedication for wellness. And also, generosity. Superior Source has been gracious enough to offer yet another wonderful giveaway for my dear readers. One lucky winner will receive a SSV prize pack containing B12/B6, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, and Zinc Plus ($70 value)

Nadine West - June

It's my favorite time of the month! Time to open my pretty pink package from Nadine West. My own personalized fashion blind bag. This is so much fun. So, let's dive in.

First up is this long-sleeve striped shirt. The color is grayish, and it looks good with the white stripes. A good neutral color. Great to pair with jeans. Honestly, cute as it is I wasn't too thrilled with this item. Living in Florida, this shirt will have about 20 days it could be worn comfortably, and those are all months off. Tucking it away until then.

Next is a shirt I actually can wear during the summer. And it happens to be quite similar to the previous shirt. This striped tank is more of a green color, but it has the same vibe.

Next up is a dress. This charcoal solid is so versatile. A staple that can be dressed up or down. The color is neutral and flattering without being just another black dress among the masses. Would look awesome with a big chunk belt below the bustline.

Nest we have yet another shirt. I do prefer when my packages are more balanced: 2 shirts, 1 dress, 2 bottoms. The extra shirt means losing a pair of bottoms. But it is cute nonetheless. Basic maroon tee with a nice little side tie on the bottom. Great with jeans (or shorts if that's your thing, it's not mine) or leggings.

Lastly, the bottoms. Truthfully, I was not digging these either. Again, it is summer in Florida, we're getting 100 degree weather. Sweat pants are not only fashionably out of place, they could literally be a health hazard in these temperatures. But, good thing clothing isn't perishable, and I can save them for a colder day. I know the pic isn't the greatest, since they blend into the background, but they are solid maroon.

I didn't make an outfit pic this month because I had a hard enough time taking each maroon picture individually, and with those being the only bottom option, I felt there wasn't much reason. But I can style the items with pieces from my existing wardrobe.

Lastly, we have the jewelry. This necklace is so pretty! Pink beads on gold-tone metal. Just the right length to be fun without being too gaudy or too much of a hazard for my clumsy self.

I give my HONEST opinion because not everything can be 100% perfect all the time, especially when you're getting items you haven't picked for yourself. That's the fun of it. The mystery, the anticipation, and the accomplished feeling you get when you find something meant for you it feels like serendipity.

But instead of taking my word for it, I suggest giving Nadine West a try for yourself. There is no styling fee, shipping is free, and return shipping is free as long as you keep one item. Plus, if you act now, you can get $15 off when you keep the whole box. Sign up HERE and use code JUNENW15.

Father's Day - Janie's Cakes Giveaway!

Father's Day is fast approaching and I am thrilled to share one of my absolute favorite companies with you once again. Janie's Cakes is the perfect go-to gift for any recipient or occasion. I have tried several of their decadent cakes, and each is more delicious than the last. They have a flavor to suit every taste.

For Father's Day, I am recommending the Plain Jane. This simple, classic vanilla pound cake brings all the flavor, hold the frill. Just the like man himself. As much as I adore Janie's Cakes, usually, when I get one, my husband says, "Why is there so much frosting?" The Plain Jane takes care of that. And if you want something extra, it's so easy to dress up with icing, chocolate sauce, fresh strawberries & whipped cream: Whatever your heart or tastebuds desire.

And don't forget the excellent "Happy Father's Day" cake topper. With its red letters and dash of sparkle, it is sure to make an impression.

And if buying him a scrumptious cake isn't cool enough, how about winning him one? Janie's Cakes has been kind enough to host a giveaway. One lucky winner will receive this delectable cake. Enter HERE.

Mother's Day Gift Guide

Mother's Day is just under two weeks away! I am thrilled to share these fabulous gift ideas with you. Any of which would make any mother in your life very happy.

Janie's Cakes

The Italian Jane from Janie's Cakes is one of my favorite desserts of ALL TIME. It is so rich and moist and buttery. The perfect amount of sweetness without being overbearing. The only problem with that is you will want to eat a giant piece instead of just a sliver. The only thing that can make this scrumptious cake even more perfect for Mother's Day, is this beautiful cake topper, also from Janie's Cakes.

Actually, the only thing better is getting to try it free. And you're in luck, Janie's Cakes has been gracious enough to sponsor a giveaway for these magnificent items. Enter HERE.

Cheese Brothers

Who doesn't love cheese? Especially gourmet cheese expertly curated with the finest jam and artisan honey. Cheese Brothers' "World's Cheesiest Mom" Gift Basket is the perfect balance of comfort food an elegance.

Le Gruyère AOP

I really love cheese, if you can't tell. Whether you want the perfect ingredient to prepare Mother's Day brunch, or want to give her a gift she'll be dreaming about for months after the first taste, Le Gruyère AOP is the right choice. Their incredible unpasteurized hard cheeses, made in Switzerland, are out of this world delicious, and as rare and special as the woman you are celebrating.
