Sticky Trap Review

Living in Florida has many pros and cons. Some of the positive aspects are that there are really no earthquakes or blizzards, that it is close to the ocean, and there are some nice attractions nearby (like Disney World.) There are also many negative aspects. There are hurricanes. It is almost always hot, even in the winter months. Along with heat and rain, comes other pests, like mosquitoes and other bugs.

I always feel embarrassed talking about it, even though it is very common around here. We have problems with bugs. The ground under our home was apparently not treated for ant before construction, so we have ants sometimes. They go in spurts, so they will be inside every day for two weeks, no matter how many you kill, and then they will go away for awhile, to return when you fall into a false sense of security.

And, even worse than the ants, there are roaches. They even live outside, like the ants, so it's hard to get rid of them. The heat and humidity is what they thrive on, I guess, so Florida is heaven for them. Having roaches in my home is something that I will never be comfortable with. I don't care how common it is, it makes me feel gross. So I do everything I can to combat them.

I just recently found a new tool to aid me in this fight. Happy Cornerz Sticky Traps are such a big help. I prefer traps to sprays and such, because traps can, hopefully, get roaches before you even see them, where with spray you have to wait to see one. Plus sprays smell bad, and get a nasty residue on everything.

The only main problem with traps is that they are not a good fit for all areas. That is, before now. Happy Cornerz is great. The sheets can be used in full, as a large sheet. That is perfect for sliding underneath a refrigerator or oven. You can break it into three, smaller, flat traps. Or, you can use the center piece as a corner trap.

I love this option. It can be use in upper lower corners or upper corners in any room or in cabinets, drawers, and more. Anything with a corner. That is awesome. Upper areas are almost always off limits for bug traps, so I am really intrigued by this.

Another thing that I really like about these traps is that they don't smell bad. In fact, there is a faint, sort of fruity scent that is actually quite pleasant. It is not something that any visitors to your home would notice, and certainly not something that would be offensive or off-putting at all. That is such a great change of pace from those pray insecticides. Those smell very strong and very unpleasant.

They are very easy to place. I love the versatility. I will be using them in multiple ways, all over our home. I have just placed one in the corner of our master bathroom, and I recorded it so you guys can see how easy it is, and I am going to check on it in a week or two to see the results. I am going to do another video (or update this one) with the results.

I never really thought I would care so much about bug traps, but I hate bugs, and these could make my home feel much more comfortable for my family and for any guests that we may have. If they work as I anticipate, it will save me a lot of time and headaches. I love that they are safer than those sprays, that can get in the air and all over everything. My kids have ended up stepping in, or touching the spray residue, which is dangerous to them.

Another thing I already love is that the corner design makes it so that you don't have to see the bugs. As I mentioned before, I get embarrassed at the thought of bugs in my home, and I would be mortified if I had a person come to visit me and see dead bugs lying around. I just really like that it's so discreet. If someone saw it, you could probably even say it was an innovated new type of air freshener or something. It really doesn't look bad at all. The white color really works well.

Happy Cornerz Sticky Traps are priced very reasonably, as well. When it comes to removing pests from my home, price is not that much of a concern, but it is still nice when an effective product is priced low enough that almost anyone can afford to use it.

Really, these Happy Cornrz Sticky Traps are just exactly what I have been wanting. Easy to use (even if I did a poor job placing mine), affordable, safe, long lasting, and multi purpose, in the fact that are effective for so many different kinds of pests. Not just ants and roaches, but also flies, spiders, bed bugs, wasps, and even mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are the bane of my existence. I hate them. They hate me. I can't wait to catch all those evil little vampires. They picked the wrong house, now.

But really, these sticky traps are very promising, so far, and I am going to place a few more around the house later on. I'm going to keep an eye on them (while actually also kind of ignoring them, which is part of the appeal of these fabulous contraptions), and see how well they do the job. I'll be back with after photos and another video (or an updated video) showing the results from the sticky trap that I placed in the master bathroom.

I can't wait to see the results. I bet it is going to gross me out, but, at the same time, it will feel so good to know that all those awful creatures will no longer be roaming free in my home. Until next time, be well.

How to Have An Epic 4/20 Party

Every year, thousands of smokers around the world get together on the 20th of April to celebrate a cultural phenomenon unlike any other: 4/20. While the origins of this celebration are subject to much dispute, it’s largely celebrated in the same way—by smoking a ton of cannabis. How people decide to achieve this end varies from group to group. We here at EF420 are experts when it comes to all things cannabis consumption. Over the years, we’ve gathered a few tips and tricks to throwing the most epic 4/20 party imaginable. Let us walk you through what it takes to throw the best party when the 20th of April rolls around next spring.

Invitations

Invitations are key. In the digital age of Facebook invites and group-chats, the art of sending out a beautiful and intriguing invitation has pretty much been relegated to weddings and up-scale fundraising events. Think of your next 4/20 as the perfect opportunity change things around. Get creative with it! Use flashy paper and vibrant colors! Don’t be afraid to make it your own. And of course, the customary weed leaf on the front cover is always an appreciated feature on any 4/20 invitation.

Think competitions

What’s a little bit of competition among friends? The whole year long you’ll hear people you
know bragging about being the best roller, or making the best edibles, Etc. Well, we think it’s
time you all put those claims to the test. Organize a number of friendly games that will put
those questions to an end for good. Here’s a short list of a few different contests you can have at your next 4/20 party:
  • Rolling competition: this includes both speed rolling, and style. For an added bonus, have a competition to see who can roll the most creative joints! (I.e. cross-joints, twisters, tulips, etc.)
  • A bong making contest: the parameters of such a competition are entirely up to you. Do the bongs have to be made out of fruit? Do they need to be made out of scraps found around the house? The choices are seemingly endless. See who can make the most creative bong—that also packs the hardest punch!
  • Best edibles contest: have any friends that claim to have the perfect recipe for the perfect edible? Put their claims to the test by having them bring a batch to your epic 4/20 party. Who better to judge their treats than a group of seasoned stoners?

Decorations

Every decent 4/20 party needs a decent set of decorations. Think of something visually stimulating to put up on the walls. Holographic posters, streamers, beads—basically anything with a weed leaf on it. Also, consider putting up lights to create a lovely ambience for all those in attendance. 4/20 themed cups and plates are also always a welcome addition.

Different smoking paraphernalia

Be prepared for your guests by making sure you have a wide variety of tools for them to smoke from! Different people always have different tastes when it comes to which piece they prefer to smoke from. Be sure to put out all of our different glass pieces for your party-goers to use. If you don’t have an abundant selection of pieces yourself, arrange to have your friends bring theirs and crowdsource a varied collection for everyone to use. Some pieces to include are: Traditional bongs, hand pipes, bubblers, long neck bongs, vaporizers, an assortment of rolling papers and even a few different flavors of blunt wraps!

Music

You’ve gotta have the right kind of music at your 4/20 party. Some music just isn’t conducive to smoking up. Make sure you have an equal distribution of mellow tracks, trance music and all the old smoking classics. Don’t discount all that wonderful psychedelic music from the late 60’s—put it in the mix!

Old stoner comedies

Depending on the kind of party you’re planning on having, picking out some of your favorite 4/20 comedies is a great way to get together and have a few laughs at your party. For a more laid-back approach, put together a list of three or four of your all-time favorite stoner flicks and spend the night sitting around, enjoying a multitude of different strains, and enjoying some good company.

There you have it—everything you need to focus on to make your 4/20 party a smashing success.

Nadine West - 8th Shipment

My favorite time again. Time to explore my fabulous fashion goodies from Nadine West. It may be almost Christmas, but it's always just like Christmas when I get one of the bad boys. Seriously, it is so much fun to open up a shiny pink package full of gorgeous clothes and jewelry picked just for me.

Let's Begin:

This was a really cute shipment with a lot of variety. Not my favorite (My favorite so far will be quite hard to top), but really nice. It's still fall/winter, so naturally, there are some long sleeves and such, but I was happy that there are some short sleeves as well. They are great for layering in cool weather and stay functional in warmer months.

First up is this super cute black and grey long sleeved shirt. I love the neutral colors, it can go with anything. The black is actually a mesh-like fabric, that is translucent, so it has a little extra pop if whimsy. I love the double stripe design on the arms. It reminds of kind of preppy varsity type style. I love that style.

Another super cute long sleeve top is this fabulous floral. The colors are gorgeous and the pattern is very fun without being too busy. The cut is nice, too. What I really like is the flirty criss-cross in the back.

And these flared leggings are fantastic! I love flared bottoms. I'd totally still wear bell bottoms all the time if I could find them more easily. But I also live in leggings, for comfort, so these are my dream come true. Plus the pattern is great. Fun but very versatile.

The last of the long sleeved pieces is this adorable cardigan. I am super into cardigans, but this one is so cool. I love how it looks with all the snaps. Kind of a (very mild) military feel. I love things with lots of buttons/snaps. The long "cuff" on the sleeves is a nice detail, too. And the color is so pretty.

On to short sleeves, we have a fun patterned dress (more like a tunic, in my opinion). This will be great with leggings and even jeggings or skinny jeans. I'm sure it would be great alone, too, but I don't like to show a lot of leg and I always worry about bending, wind gusts, etc, so I feel more comfortable with bottoms underneath.

Another darling short sleeved dress. I like this one even better than the first. It's a (gorgeous) solid color, more fitted and flared, and it has pockets! This is a beauty. (The photo does not do it justice at all.) I love it. The way it fits, I feel like I will wear it even without leggings or pants.

Now for the bottoms. The green pants are so sleek. They are like a cross between skinny pants and leggings. The color )not as bright as it looks in the photo) is different enough to be unique but still neutral enough to match well with many pieces.

And these flared leggings are fantastic! I love flared bottoms. I'd totally still wear bell bottoms all the time if I could find them more easily. But I also live in leggings, for comfort, so these are my dream come true. Plus the pattern is great. Fun but very versatile.

All that awesomeness and we are not even finished. Now on to jewelry. This shipment had double jewelry. And all the pieces are lovely. There are two necklaces and two bracelets.

But that's still not the end. These are some of the outfit parings that I came up with from the pieces in this shipment.

And, of course, the photo of me wearing one of the outfits. Generally, I will show a photo including my face, and legs, ect., but I am not feeling well today and I could not get a photo that I was comfortable sharing in full. The outfit, however, looks great.

So, if you are looking for a gift that keeps on giving, for yourself or any other woman you know, Nadine West is a fabulous choice. Not only are the items chosen by a stylist to match each individual's taste, but you never pay for anything you don't want. Only pay for what you keep. No styling fees. Not even a shipping fee. There is literally no downside.

Seriously, what are you waiting for? Get your style profile created, and try Nadine West now to get a fabulous new holiday outfit, chosen by an actual stylist. Only pay if you keep it. Rock the holidays, in style. I know I will. In any case, I hope you all have a great holiday season. Stay beautiful, lovelies.

Vistaprint Photo Gifts - Holiday Gift Guide

It's crunch time, now. Just over 10 days left to find the perfect gift. But, just because time is short doesn't mean you have to just settle for a random, mediocre, gift that has no meaning. In fact, there is still time to get incredible, heartfelt, custom photo gifts from Vistaprint.

Vistaprint has so many amazing photo gifts. From classic photo books and practical photo calendars to fun t-shirts and phone cases to stunning canvas prints and cozy pillows and blankets. There is truly something for any and everybody on your list. And best of all, it is something just for them.

It really makes a person feel special when they know that someone took the time to really think about them and choose something that has real sentiment behind it. As the saying goes, it's the thought that counts. It's true. And that's why these thoughtful photo gifts are so wonderful.

A gift that will always make the recipient think of you. One that shows them that you cherish the memories you have made together, and that those memories are the real gift. I love giving (and receiving) photo gifts. We give several every year. This year, I will be creating a few, but the primary one will be a photo blanket for my in-laws.

My husband's parents are incredible people. They welcomed me into the family instantly, and have never made me feel like I wasn't just as much family as my husband, himself, is. We have had some fantastic memories with them, including two trips this year to visit them. I am going to use the photos from the trips to make a collage-style blanket.

Unfortunately, my father-in-law is not in good health, and who knows how many more of these types of trips, if any, we will be able to take. Showing them how much that time has meant to us, and hopefully to them, is only just a start, but I can't imagine a gift that would be more heartfelt. I get emotional just thinking about it.

I bet you're thinking "That sounds great, but custom photo gifts 10 days before Christmas? Are they going to arrive in time?" With Vistaprint, they will. In fact, orders placed up until December 20th will arrive in time for Christmas. That is almost unheard of. I bet you're thinking that there has to be a catch, that maybe they are overpriced or something. Well, that's not the case. Actually, if you order by December 19th, you can get up to 50% off is you use coupon code: WRAPUP.

5 Most Common Interview Questions (and Answers) for Interview Freshers

You finally landed your first job interview after months of sending in applications and
tweaking your resume.

Now what?

You might be feeling scared or anxious about your first job interview. As a fresher, you
aren’t sure what to expect. It’s okay to feel nervous, especially since it’s one of the first
times you have made it this far in the job hunting process.
But it’s easier to prepare for than you think. Here are some of the top interview
questions and answers to get you started.

1. Tell me about yourself.

This is usually one of the first questions that the interviewer will ask. But this doesn’t
mean you need to talk about all of your deep personal interests and political opinions.
Instead, just talk about yourself and how you came to find this position. Also, you never
need to be nervous about these things again. That’s the reason why there are websites
like www.wallstreetmastermindreview.com out there. So you can gain the knowledge
and wisdom of the people who have already been where you are now and they have
succeeded.

This question is just a psychological trap to set the tone for the rest of the interview. Just
give a little info on your background and quickly transition that into your strengths and
skills that you’ve learned that will make you a good fit for this position.

2. Why do you think you are a good fit for this company and this position?

Do you know exactly what the company does and how well it’s been performing over
the past few years? Have you taken a look at the company’s website and gotten a feel
for its corporate vibe?

Don’t just talk about why you want the job role, but why you actually want to work at the
company itself. What does it have to offer that you admire? What motivates you to seek
a position within its ranks? This is how you answer that question.

3. What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

This is a tough question for many freshers who are job hunting. It’s a question that can
totally trip you up and make you feel weak and vulnerable. However, it doesn’t need to
end up that way.

Just be honest. While that may be easier said and done, there are ways that you can
completely nail this question. When it comes to your strengths, you definitely want to
highlight something you excel at - without sounding like you’re bragging. Talk about a
skill that’s relevant to the job you are applying for.

When it comes to weaknesses, you don’t need to flat out mention something you’re bad
at. Instead, make your answer sound like you are taking steps to improve on something.
For example: “I sometimes struggle with staying organized. That’s why I recently
purchased a briefcase with different file folders to separate my documents by category.”

4. Are you a team player?

Every kind of job requires teamwork to some degree. Even if the position you’re
applying for is mostly a solo affair, you will still need to prove that you work well with
others. Even if you hate humanity, you need to work together with everyone to ensure
that good work is done in the best interests of the company.

You should always respond with yes. You can showcase your ability to work well with
others by bringing up an example of how this worked well for you in the past.

5. Do you have any questions for us?

This should always be answered with a yes. This question will likely be asked near the
end of your interview, so you have time to come up with intelligent queries to ask them
about.

Don’t ask something that makes you come off as uncaring or selfish. For example, “How
many days off per year do we get?” would NOT be the correct thing to ask.

Instead, ask them if the company is planning on expanding. Or what can be expected of
you before you join the team. Ask if there are any tools or resources you should look
into to help you better prepare. You can even ask the interviewers to tell you something
about themselves - this will help make a personal connection!
