Do you think you make good pancakes? I thought so too, but the other day I made the best pancakes I have ever made. In fact, the best I have ever tasted. What made them so special? Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil.

I know you are thinking, "how can one ingredient make such a big difference? Well, I am not too sure how, but I can tell you it makes all the difference. Since I know you are dying to try the most glorious pancakes in the world, so here is the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg, vanilla and coconut oil into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
    3.    Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil  Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with   a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.

Then add butter and syrup to make them extra delicious(although, these are o good, they don't even need it).
