Ozeri Green Earth Wok Review and Giveaway

I love to cook. I really enjoy trying new recipes and making my cuisine into an activity rather than a chore. But with the wrong equipment, it had begun to feel like a chore much of the time.

I found myself making lesser quality food and opting for faster, more prepackaged options to avoid the hassle of trying to make a recipe work in substandard cookware.

Well recently I had the chance to try a new cookware brand. Ozeri Green Earth. I even tried a cookware piece I had never used before, a Wok.

First of all, I love using a wok. It it so perfect for cooking my of my favorite dished, like stir fry and sauteed shrimp.

I can tell that this Ozeri Green Earth (12in) Wok is really great quality. The non-stick on this product is fantastic, the food did not stick for a second. Also, since it is ceramic(derived from nature) and aluminum, it does not emit any chemicals or contain any heavy metals.

The ceramic coating is also scratch resistant(still use care not to be rough on purpose), and the magnetized base is induction stove safe and promotes rapid heat transfer.

Even when used on medium heat, this heated up way faster and to a higher temperature than my other cookware. And it heated more evenly, no hot spots.

This is even oven safe to 350 degrees(even the handle), so if you want to brown the top of something you don't have to worry about transferring it.\

I've only used this a few times so far, but I am very impressed and am actively looking for more recipes to utilize my wok.

I have made beef stir fry which is wonderful. I've been dying to make it forever, but my regular pans don't do it justice. The Ozeri Green Earth Wok really stepped up to the challenge and helped me make a good recipe into a fantastic meal.

I also made sauteed shrimp with lemon butter(and pasta). I love sauteed shrimp, but once again, my other pans did not cook them to my liking.

Here are the pictures of my lemon butter shrimp. You know your mouth is watering. Don't drool on your computer screen.

Overall, this is a very good quality product that is also very affordable(for the quality). This will last you a very long time and you will get tons of use out of it.

I recommend this to anyone who loves to cook. What a great gift this would be for the culinary genus in your life. And the yummy food they cook can be a gift for you. A win win.
