Diet To Go Review

Since the birth of my second child, I had really let my weight get out of hand. About a month and a half ago, I finally made the choice to really buckle down and get my weight back where I wanted it.

So since then I have been trying to find the very best products to help myself(and all of you) drop pounds. It has not been easy. There are so many things that are "bad" for you. And so many that taste gross.

Then there are those that taste amazing but provide only a bite or two. In my opinion, those might actually be worse. The reason is that hunger is a dieter's worst enemy. hen one gets too hungry, that is when they have the most urge to cheat.

At least if you are full of a gross diet meal, then you will not have a need(room) to cheat, and will not even feel as deprived since you are still getting enough to eat.

Luckily though, I found a Diet Meal Delivery Program that has it all. With Diet To Go You get very generous portions of absolutely delicious food delivered fresh(frozen on dry ice) to your door each week.


They even have 3 meal plans to choose from: Traditional Low Fat(the plan I chose), Low Carb and Vegetarian. That s so unique for diet plans. I love hat there is something for everyone.

Another thing that I really love about the Diet To Go Program is that everything is included. On most plans, to usually add in fresh fruits, veggies, dairy and/or grains, but with Diet To Go, they have it covered. They send a box(not cold) along with the frozen items containing a pack of all the extras you need(Granola bars, whole grain rolls, juices, crackers, and even an apple).


This is the only plan that I know of that sends things like fresh fruit. I think that is so smart. No having to buy any extras or to worry about what to pair with what. Everything is figured out for you.

Back to the actual meals, you get 3, real meals a day. They are a really good size. Big enough to be filling to even no dieters. And they do not taste like a diet plan in the slightest. Seriously, if I did not know these was "diet" food, I could never tell by portion size or taste.

In fact, These don't even taste like frozen meals either. They are remarkable. Nothing tastes processed, fake, old, dry or bland.

Even the bread items come of just as fresh(or more fresh) tasting than those from a restaurant.  I was seriously blown away by these meals.

I only got to try it for 5 days, and it was the shortest 5 days of my life. I am so sad that it is over. Not only is the food delicious, filling and healthy, it is so fast and easy. Put the meals in your fridge, and take one out, microwave for about 2 minuets and enjoy. The food is always perfect. No over(or under)cooked veggies all mushy or hard. Not even one slightly hard noodle(most frozen meals turn noodles to stone).

The bread for the sandwiches and the crust for the pizza/meltover meals are all super soft and fresh. Not hard or chewy at all.

And maybe most impressive to me, the variety of food. In a 5 day plan, I was exposed to several things I had never tried before. Obviously I have never exactly had any of the dishes, but I am talking foods entirely new to me.

Noodle Kugel, Curry Chicken Sandwich, Tuna Meltovers, Szechaun Turkey Burger, Chicken With White Sauce and Lobster and Veggie Ravioli are all completely new to me, and they were all fantastic.

DAY 1
Breakfast - Blueberry Pancakes and Turkey Sausage with veggies.

Lunch- Curry Chicken Sandwich with Mandarin Oranges(and Granola bar not pictured)

Dinner - Chicken Pizza with Broccoli and Multi Grain Roll.


DAY 2
Breakfast - Fruit Ambrosia, Granola Bar and Orange Juice.

Lunch - Tuna Meltovers with Citrus Bowl.

Dinner - Lobster and Veggie Ravioli With Mixed Veggies.

DAY 3
Breakfast - Ratatouille Omelet with Asparagus.

Lunch - Turkey Ham Salad Sandwich(on Pretzel Roll), String Cheese and Lentil Chili.

Dinner - Turkey Chili(with beans), Corn Bread and Pasta Salad.

DAY 4
Breakfast - Cranberry Mango Muffing and Yogurt Smoothie.

Lunch - Chicken(pizza) with White Sauce, Veggie Mix and Apple.

Dinner - Penne Pasta With Turkey Meat Sauce, Carrots and Snap Peas.

DAY 5
Breakfast - Noodle Kugel, Apple Sauce, Yogurt and Cranberry Juice.

Lunch - Szechuan Turkey Burger with Carrot and Beet Salad.

Dinner - Fettuccine With Italian Meatballs, Broccoli and Cauliflower.


As you can see, everything is very good size and looks amazingly delicious, and the photos cannot even come close expressing how incredible everything tastes.

Honestly, this is some of the best food I have ever eaten from anywhere at any fat/calorie content. I cannot say enough about how great everything tastes.

Even better, I was worried that since I was already dieting that I might gain a little weight eating this food, but I was so wrong. I lost 2 pounds in 5 days. Is that unbelievable or what?

If you have the means to get this Meal Delivery plan, that you really have to do it. It will be one of the best choices you ever make.
