Image3D Review

I am a sucker for nostalgia. If I find a product that takes me back to my childhood, chances are I have to have it. Unfortunately, many new versions of classic products are not nearly as good as the original, and that often leaves me disappointed. Sometimes though, I discover a diamond amongst all the coal. A product that is not only equal to, but better than the original.

That is exactly what I found with Image3D. I am sure nearly all of you remember the View Master. It was a wonderful toy that allowed you to view reels of 3D pictures. You just look through the eye holes and push down the little lever to advance through the images.
What makes Image3D so much better than the original is it's uniqueness. View Master used various reels that usually fit a certain theme(animals, places, etc.), whereas Image3D is totally customizable. That's right, you can make reels with your own photos. Not only that, but you can add captions to each photo, and the captions will be in 3D.

Check out the reel I made.
I could not get a great photo of it, but you can see that is is exactly how I wanted it from the proof.
You pick 7 images for each reel(and each appears twice). It is so easy to make your reel. You just upload any photos you want, add your desired text and drag and drop them where you want them in the sequence.
I chose to do a family reel since my daughter is obsessed with pointing to pictures of the family and naming everyone. That is also why I wrote the names, so she could learn to read/spell them. She loves the Image3D. She is still learning to look through it correctly, but she loves seeing herself and her family like that.

My son loves it too. Unfortunately, he never had a View Master, but that makes this an exciting new concept for him. My husband did have a View Master, and he thinks this is one of the coolest things ever. Of course, I think so too.

I love the idea of using family photos and such, but I also think the ability to customize the reels gives infinite options. I think that Image3D would be a great learning tool. You could use photos of objects and the words to teach kids to read, or the word in a different language to help a child become bilingual, or even put things like math problems on them. Anything you can make an image of you can create a reel for.

You can even get bulk pricing, so Image3D would be a great favor for weddings, retirement parties, anniversaries, family reunions, fund raisers, or anything where you want something original. An just think what fabulous gifts you could give. Photo gifts are always a hit barbecue of their sentimental nature, but Image3D is a more fun and creative way to present them.

I love Image3D. I know I will be making many more reels. This is one of the best remakes ever. Anyone who loved View Master needs to own Image3D.

*I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.*
