Nesco Jet Stream Oven Review & GIVEAWAY!!

A couple months ago, I reviewed an amazing 4 in 1 Digital Pressure Cooker from Nesco. I fell in love instantly. It was probably the highest quality Kitchen appliance I have ever owned.

So naturally when I was considering Kitchen appliances for Mother's Day gifts, the only brand that came to mind was Nesco.

When decided on the best choice for a Mother's Day gift, I wanted the very best.

Since mom's are always so busy, anything that saves time or effort is really a great asset. Nesco has many products that really make cooking easier and faster, but one product stands alone in it's convenience factor.

The Jet Stream Oven is FANTASTIC!

Apparently, Jet Stream Ovens have been around for a pretty long time(over 20 years), but I never heard of them until recently when I saw this on Nesco's website.

They are AMAZING! You can Grill, Roast, Bake, Broil and even Air Fry, all in SUPER FAST time.

"Oven Quality Food, Microwave Fast" is definitely not just a slogan, it is really the quintessence of what you get from this unbelievable product.

I am truly amazed that there is a product that offers so many incredible features, and pretty outraged that I did not discover it sooner. I cannot believe that there is not talk of these everywhere all the time. They are really that impressive.

Why on earth would anyone want to spend hours cooking with a traditional oven that heats up the whole kitchen? And not only is this oven quality food, I think it actually comes out BETTER! Since you don't have to cook everything so long to ensure doneness, you actually avoid drying out that you might otherwise encounter.

This is also the perfect size. Large enough to accommodate most any food you want to use it on(plus expander rings are available to accommodate whole chickens or turkeys-amazing). It is also fairly compact considering how much it holds and all that it does. It fits easily on the counter.

It also looks very sleek and modern, so leaving it on the counter all the time would be totally fine, and you will want to use it every night, so it will be a real time saver.

I have not used this on as many things as I want to yet, but I made chicken legs and I was beyond impressed with the easy, speed, and especially the quality of the food. It was perfect.

When I cook chicken legs in the oven, it takes about 45 minutes(plus preheating) at least, but in the Jet Stream it was less than 20 start to finish.

Raw chicken legs go in, cook at 400 with high fan, and about 15 minutes later, they come out fully cooked, golden brown, perfectly crisp skin and super juicy meat.

This was the best chicken I have ever made myself(I only tasted a but since I am dieting, but it was wonderful).

My husband LOVED it. He ate every piece but one. He probably would have eaten them all, but the other one went to our son.

For those that do not know, our son is Autistic and he is a VERY picky eater. He ONLY east chicken that is fried(wings, tenders, nuggets, any fried kind, but nothing else).

When he saw these he called then Chicken Wings(because they look like larger versions of the drummies he eats sometimes). I guess since these were so crispy on the outside and browned up all yummy, he might have thought they were fried(unbreaded) wingettes.

He actually tried one. I was so shocked and very proud.

He actually ate a few bites(about 5 at least). While I do wish he would have eaten more(or all) of it, I am so happy that even tried it, and that he ate more than one bite. That is such progress, and since I can even Air Fry, I know the next batch he will eat. Now if he must eat "fried" foods, I can at least make it healthier by skipping all the oil.

Since I am dieting/eating healthy, I can't cook my food with oils or anything, so this is really great for me as well.

This is so easy to clean too. Since all the fat and oil drips through the rack(which I LOVE), I was worried that cleaning would be a hassle, but even though it looked really messy, the non stick coating made it so easy to clean. I was done in mere minutes.

Fast, easy cooking is great, but if cleanup takes forever, then it kind of defeats the purpose. I am so glad this makes cleanup just as easy as cooking. It is the total package and then some.

I am so looking forward to trying so many other foods in my spectacular Jet Stream Oven. Even better, it no only comes with a cooking times chart, but even with recipes. I am so excited to try some of these wonderful recipes. I love making new things, especially when it's so easy.
