Nutrisystem Week 10 Update

It's Monday, so the time has once again come to update you all on this week of my Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey.

Just as every week has been, this was a great one. The program gets easier every week. As you get into the routine. After the first few weeks really you know in your head when it's time to eat and what you should have. It becomes second nature.

I love loosing weight so effortlessly and with such delicious, satisfying meals.

Just so you can get a feel for what a day(every day) on the plan is like, here is my menu from yesterday.

Breakfast - (Fresh Frozen) Golden Waffles(With Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup) and Refreshing Coffee Protein Shake.

Morning Snack - Kiwi Smoothie(2 Kiwi, 4 oz Fat Free Milk, Ice-blended)

Lunch - Black Beans and Rice and I added a green bell pepper and a reduced fat string cheese.

Afternoon Snack - Reduced Fat String Cheese and 60 calorie Jerky Strip.

Dinner - Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes. I also had a big bowl of fresh green beans.

Dessert - Milk Chocolate Flavored Pretzels

Everything is so delicious. The Waffles and Pretzels are some of my favorites, and this was my first time trying the black beans and rice or the Meatloaf and potatoes, but they were both awesome. I will be eating them again for sure. Yum.

I love that I get to eat so much and still lose the weight. I have tried diets on my own that I was always starving on, and I lost less weight than I am losing now eating 6 times a day.

This week, I lost another
2.6lbs and 3/4 inch

Bringing my 10 week total to an amazing

24.4 pounds and 11 inches!!
This is the easiest diet I have ever been on by far. I wish that everyone wanting to lose weight would try it. It really works.
