Nutrisystem Week 9 Update

Today is Monday, so you know what that means, today is the day that I do an Update of my progress on the Nutrisystem Women's Success Plan.

I am so enjoying this program. I have been able to stick to the plan with absolutely NO slip ups. I have had very small indulgences as far as desserts and replaced them for my Nutrisystem Desserts, but it was basically the same calories and such.

I have not felt deprived at all. The food is so good, and I get to eat a lot so I am never starving.

The best part is, it really works. As a matter of fact, just this morning, I was at the bus stop with my son, and one of my neighbors actually asked me if I was still doing Nutrisystem(because I had previously mentioned it to her). I said yes, and she said, "I can really tell, you look GREAT!"

She went on and on about how well it works and actually said she wanted to write up a testimonial and rave about it. It was crazy.

I never in a million years expected that kind of rave reaction from anyone, let alone someone that I am not super close to. It was like a HUGE confidence boost and just made me love Nutrisystem so much more than I already do.

Breakfast - Golden French Toast:

Sorry there is no after picture, I got so excited that I ate it without taking one.

This is so delicious. You can use the microwave if you want, but you can also put this in the toaster, and to me it comes out way tastier that way. I love the slightly crisp texture that it produces.

It is dead on like real french toast(which it is of course, but rare to get good French toast from frozen).

It tastes so awesome that I did not even need to add any syrup or anything. I just picked it up and ate it with my hands. It was perfect.

I also get a Powerfuel with breakfast, and I chose a Vanilla Protein Shake.

I was so satisfied. Such a delicious and filling meal. I love that I can still have shakes and French toast.

Morning Snack: Fat Free Greek Yogurt with Granola

Lunch - Meatball Parmesan Melt:

This was delicious. Look at how soft this is. It is perfect, like fresh bread. It is better than retail pocket style sandwiches in both texture(not getting all hard) and flavor.

The size is just as good too. This is so wonderful. Plus, I get a Smart Carb with lunch and unlimited veggies, so I had an apple and some carrots with this. Very filling.

Afternoon Snack: Mango

Dinner - Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast:

This was FABULOUS! Restaurant quality for sure. So moist, juicy and flavorful. There is an abundance of delicious broccoli and cheese in the middle. It is not just a hunk of chicken with a hint of filling. It really is stuffed.

I wish I could get more of these, but al the other food is awesome too, so It makes this a nice treat when I get it.

I had green beans(Veggie) and zucchini(Smart Carb) with this. Such an amazing meal.

Dessert - Cheesecake Flavored Bar:

This is so smooth and creamy. It is sweet and decadent. The "crust" is delicious, and the cheesecake is chewy and soft. The white chocolate coating is divine.

So wonderful, t does not taste exactly the same as cheese cake, but it is just as good in a different way.

Can you believe I get to eat all of this in just one day and actually LOSE weight? I am so blown away. I am loving every day on this program. It is just so simple.

This week I lost another...

2.6 pounds and 3/4 inch!!

My 9 week total is now...

23.8 pounds and 10 1/4 inches.

I am amazed by the fantastic results I am getting on Nutrisystem and I am sorry I didn't make this decision sooner. Best think I have ever done(besides my family).

  1. You lost a lot of weight again this week. You should be so proud of yourself! I think that it is awesome that you are losing weight. I think the food looks so delicious. I wish I could afford to do this diet. Good luck this week!
