Summer Shape-Up and Win Prizes!!

Now that we are right in the heart of Swim Suit Season, many of us are allowing embarrassment, self-consciousness and worry overtake us.

Not only may we be avoiding activities that would require use of a bathing suit, but we are also reluctant to partake in other festivities. BBQs, Parties, Fairs, Theme Parks, etc, all present food temptations that one can have a hard time resisting.

Out of fear of weight-loss(management) sabotage, we miss out on a lot of fun. Even if one goes to such places, the constant worry and thought can such the fun out of the day very quickly.

Or even worse, sometimes people decide that they cannot take part in fun events because they must instead spend every waking hour in a gym(or at home) working out to get(or keep) heir body "up to par".

Does Summer really have to be this boring? This Stressful? Is there anything we can do to be healthy and in shape without killing ourselves or being deprived all Summer?
